Because of this, we will only share your information with law enforcement if we deem it necessary. We may provide your information to law enforcement for the following reasons:

• If we have reason to believe that your access to our services provides a threat to, without limit, MFC, individuals and/or entities that MFC partners with, the general public or members thereof, our users, or any other individuals, entities, governments, etc., and we are, for whatever reason, unable to terminate your access to our services.

• If we have reason to believe that you pose a threat to, without limit, MFC, individuals and/or entities that MFC partners with, the general public or members thereof, our users, or any other individuals, entities, governments, etc., to the degree that we deem it appropriate to involve law enforcement.

• If law enforcement provides us with a warrant for your information.

• If we have reason to believe that us not providing your information to law enforcement would, for any reason, pose a threat to, without limit, MFC, individuals and/or entities that MFC partners with, the general public or members thereof, our users, or any other individuals, entities, governments, etc., and it is in the best interests of aforementioned individuals and/or entities for us to provide law enforcement with your information.
